Proven Sustainability Software -
built for Fund Administration

Financial and sustainability reporting are converging, and fund administrators will be required to offer both as a single, integrated capability. ImpactNexus enables this through a Build–Operate–Transfer (BOT) model based on sustainability software that is already proven in market. We license established ESG, SFDR, and impact modules and build fund-administrator-specific functionality on top - delivering a cost-effective sustainability suite without the risk and expense of greenfield development.

Key Benefits for Fund Admins:

Proven in market, not theoretical

Core sustainability and regulatory reporting modules are already used in real programs and reporting contexts

Built on sustainability domain expertise

Development is guided by deep knowledge of ESG, SFDR, CSRD and Impact KPI reporting - not generic software assumptions

Lower build and ownership cost

Licensing existing modules significantly reduces development effort compared to building or buying from scratch

The BOT model explained

The Build–Operate–Transfer (BOT) model lets a fund administrator
build “its own” sustainability reporting platform
on top of our proven software, instead of starting from scratch.

In the Build phase, we start from our existing impact, KPI and regulatory modules and tailor them to your data model, workflows and branding. You get your own dedicated instance on a shared codebase, and every new feature is clearly classified as client-only or shared, with upfront agreement on funding and IP ownership.

In the Operate phase, we run the platform for you: hosting, maintenance, security, and regulatory updates are our responsibility, while you focus on rolling the service out to funds and portfolio companies. A minimum annual development budget guarantees continuous improvements, with joint governance steering which features become part of the core ImpactNexus product and which remain specific to your instance.

With the Transfer option, you lock in a clear path to long-term independence. After an agreed period, you can migrate to your own standalone codebase copy and dedicated database via a defined migration procedure. We provide documentation and transition support so you can move hosting to your own cloud, keep working with us as a dev partner, or bring in a third party—while retaining perpetual rights to operate your instance within an agreed field of use.
